HowToShipMyCar operates a request form that helps connect consumers with auto transport brokers. We are not a motor carrier and we do not guarantee quotes, pricing, carrier availability, or shipment outcomes.

User submissions

By submitting a request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you want to be contacted about your shipping request.

No guarantee of broker response

Submission of a request does not guarantee that a broker will contact you, provide a quote, or accept your shipment.

Third-party services

Any quote, booking, shipment, payment, or transport service is provided by third-party brokers or carriers, not by HowToShipMyCar. You are responsible for evaluating any third-party provider you choose to work with.

Website availability

We may update, suspend, or remove parts of the website at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Liability limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HowToShipMyCar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or from dealings with brokers or carriers found through the website.

This is a baseline launch document. Review it with counsel before scaling traffic, expanding broker distribution, or relying on it as final legal language.
